Video Conferencing at the Library

vcThe Dorothy Alling Memorial Library of Williston received a grant through the Vermont Department of Libraries for videoconferencing equipment.  The Dorothy Alling Memorial Library is excited to be included in this project.

Videoconferencing can be used with Google Hangout, Skype or other free applications. It has many uses such as online training or meetings, book club discussions and job interviews. It allows two or more locations to communicate through video and audio transmissions over the Internet. Anyone can use this free service. No library card is needed, it is free and open to the public. Contact the library to get information on availability.
