Cook the Book
Hey, you foodies out there! Join our new monthly cooking program. A selected cookbook reamins in the library so patrons can stop by at their convenience and photocopy a recipe of their choice. Prepare the dish and bring it to the next month's meeting. This month's cookbook is "The New Basics Cookbook" by Julie Rosso & Sheila Lukins. Wednesday, March 21, 12:30-2:30 pm. Audubon Ugandan Safari
Mark Paul recently spent two weeks with world class photographers David Lloyd and Mark Sisson on a safari to Uganda. Enjoy pictures and stories on wildlife photography from Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale, and Bwindi National Park. Wednesday, March 21, 6:30 pm.
Read to a Dog
Bring a book and read to one of our registered Therapy Dogs of Vermont. All ages. Call 878-4918 to pre-register for individual 10 minute sessions. Thursday, March 22 from 3:30-4:30.
Coding with Arduino
Explore basic electronics and programming with Arduino micro-controllers. Each participant will receive a free Arduino starter kit, funded by UVM VASE Host Grant. Presented by Gus Serinese, 8th Grade Challenge Project. Grades 4-8. Pre-register. Two sessions (please choose one session per child). Openings left for March 23 from 12-2 pm and March 24 from 1-2:45 pm.
